The front 24 SSDs should be configured as data pool #2 in RAID 6 or RAID 60 (yields the best performance). The rear 6 SSDs should be configured as pool #1 in RAID 6 (as system and app pool/small data storage).

The TS-h3088XU-RP provides four 2.5GbE RJ45 ports (supports 2.5/1GbE) and has a built-in dual-port 25GbE SFP28 SmartNIC (supports 25/10/1GbE) with the NVIDIA® Mellanox ConnectX-4 Lx SmartNIC controller that supports iSCSI Extensions for RDMA (iSER) to increase performance of data transfer between NAS and ESXi server and offload CPU workloads.
